In the Updates section, you will find two tabs at the top: Latest and Collected. You can alternate between the two tabs by choosing either “Latest” or “Collected” under the header “Sleep Updates.”

Under the “Latest” tab you will receive regular insights about your sleep and behaviors that may impact your sleep.
For example, you may get a “Stay Active” notification. This may show you that when you are active throughout the day and burn a certain amount of calories, your Sleep Heart Rate Dip improves by a certain amount of points. You can use this data to make better choices throughout the day that may impact your sleep.
Based on your sleep behavior and answers to the daily restedness or fatigueness question, you may have a pattern of reporting that you feel less rested on Thursdays. An example of an update would be to “Mind Your Thursdays.” We hope that these personalized updates will keep you motivated to develop better sleep hygiene habits.
(Please note that some insights may not be for the current day, so double-check the date if the insight seems as though the information may not be relevant for the current date.)
The Collected tab will display any milestone achievements you’ve saved from the Latest tab. Most insights in the “Latest” tab will have the option to either “Collect” or “Share.” Collected insights are saved under the “Collect” tab.
For example, the Latest tab may present a “You Got a Streak” notification, which may show that you met your daily total sleep goal for 7 days in a row. If you want to save all of your major sleep accomplishments, we recommend check-marking the “Collected” button to move them over to the Collected tab.
And don’t forget to “Share” those important achievements! Tapping the “Share” button allows you to send your accomplishments to friends or share on social channels.
