As you may know, finding a lifetime of better sleep requires having the necessary tools and education to inspire and motivate you each day.

The Trends tab allows you to see how your sleep is progressing over time.

Curate your Trends so you can view and monitor what’s most important to YOU. To add, remove or reorder various sleep trends that are displayed, you can press the “Edit” button at the top right of the screen and select those Trends you wish to add or remove.

Available trends include Total Sleep Hours, Sleeping Heart Rate, Sleeping Heart Rate Dip, Sleeping HRV, Total Restful Sleep, Restful Sleep percentage, Sleep Rhythm, and Sleep Disruption. Premium Members get an enhanced Trends experience with the ability to trend one's Daily or Overall SleepWatch Score and Sleeping HRV and Sleep Disruption enhancements.

With SleepWatch Trends you can easily toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views. You may see variation in a metric's trend color over time which is meant to help you more quickly identify anomalies and changes in your sleep. Review tracked sleep from the Today tab to see what may have happened on specific days of interest.
