How do I Track Daytime Sleep or Naps?

By default, SleepWatch looks for sleep between the hours of 7:00pm - 11:30am - lasting at least 1 hour.

However, if you routinely sleep during daytime hours, you may wish to enable 'All Day Detection'.  With this feature enabled, SleepWatch will look for sleep at all hours of the day, detecting sleep lasting at least 1 hour.

To enable 'All Day Detection':

  1. Open SleepWatch App in iPhone
  2. Go to 'Account' tab at bottom right
  3. Open "My Settings" 
  4. Click on 'Sleep Detection Window' 
  5. Select 'All Day' Button
  6. Click 'Save' Button at Bottom of Page

Please note: Once you confirm your sleep times for the day, Sleep Watch will not add any more auto-detected sleep until the next day.  However, you can always Add, Edit, Delete and Merge your sleep time blocks for up to 7 previous days.
